The Kinder, Gentler Place to Go
for Computer Repair in the Boise area

Yes, if you type in “Computer Repair Boise,” or “Mac Repair Boise,” or “PC Repair Boise,” you’re going to get a lot of referrals.

But if you’ve actually followed those links, you might have noticed one thing: Most of these computer repair places are run by people who tend to treat their customers as if they aren’t the brightest bulbs in the box. Tech Savvy Boise doesn’t work that way. Here’s why:

I try to put myself in your shoes when you need help with your computer. Maybe it’s because I’m a woman and tend to be a bit more empathetic. My goal isn’t to make you feel stupid. It’s to help you.

I run a small business, and know what it’s like to be without tech support. So I try to be your external IT team. And like any good internal tech support team, I know that it’s all about speed and expertise. You’ve got a problem. You need it fixed. Fixed right and fixed fast. I get it. We serve all of Treasure Valley – Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Star… Just call us and we’ll work out the logistics.

I’m a problem solver. My goal is to fix your computer (yes, we repair both PCs and Macs) in the most affordable, expedient way. That may mean taking your existing computer apart and replacing parts. Or maybe it’ll work better to offset costs by selling your computer on eBay and getting you an upgrade. Or maybe you need some help putting together your ideal tech solution. Whatever works for you, I’m here to help.

I like to say that we eliminate frustration, fear, confusion and stress by solving your computer problems with customized solutions. We offer a friendly, trustworthy and easy-to-understand approach backed by 15 years of industry knowledge and experience.    Computers can be the most amazing tool in our lives, and also the most frustrating.   I want nothing more than to ease the pain of those frustrations for as many people as possible. It’s that simple.
